Housing Consortium of Barcelona Metropolitan Area New call for subsidies for the installation of lifts and removal of architectural barriers in residential buildings in the area of \u200b\u200bthe Association of Municipalities of Metropolitan Barcelona, \u200b\u200bBarcelona City excluded, as published by the BOPV past Tuesday, December 21, 2010. The deadline for submission of applications is opened on the day following its publication, from the December 22, 2010 and ends at the time the budget is exhausted.
The call is endowed with EUR 5,180,000 directed to install elevators and remove architectural barriers in the community of owners and residential buildings for residential use, preferably 4 floors or more.
The amounts of the grants will:
- Elevator Installation practicable route: 60% of the protected.
- Installation Elevator: 40% of the protected.
- Barrier Removal: 45% of the protected.
with the following limitations:
- Elevator Installation practicable route: 6,000 per home or premises and does not apply in the event of a lift installation in buildings with 12 or fewer entities.
- Installation of Lift: 5,500 euros per installation of lift for home or premises and does not apply in the event of an elevator installation in buildings with 12 or fewer entities. - Barrier Removal: € 2,500 for their unit.
